§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $500. Any corporation or association who violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is otherwise provided shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $2,000.
   (B)   Any person who violates § 130.03 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction shall be fined not more than $500 for each and every such offense.
   (C)   (1)   Any minor violating any provision of §§ 130.20 through 130.24 shall be guilty of a Class “C” misdemeanor as defined in the Texas Penal Code and shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of Tex. Family Code, Title 3, and Texas Code of Criminal Procedure.
      (2)   Any parent who violates § 130.22(B) or any person who violates § 130.22(C) of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, which shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $500.
      (3)   In assessing punishment for either a parent or a minor, the Municipal Court Judge may consider a community service or Teen Court program.
