(A) A majority of the members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
(B) Meetings of the Committee shall be held at a location open to the public at least three times each calendar year, or more frequently at the call of the Committee or City Council.
(C) A written agenda and time and location of the meeting shall be posted, as required by state statutes.
(D) Meetings will be open to the public, except when closed meetings are authorized by state statutes.
