§ 35.20 ADOPTION OF MUNICIPAL DRAINAGE UTILITY SYSTEMS ACT.
   The City Council hereby adopts Subchapter C of Tex. Loc. Gov't Code Chapter 402, commonly known as the Municipal Drainage Utility Systems Act, as such subchapter may be amended from time to time.
