§ 35.66 EFFECT ON OTHER POWERS.

(A) Nothing in this subchapter shall have the effect of waiving or otherwise limiting in any way any other right, power, or remedy the city may have at law or in equity to collect delinquent charges.

(B) Nothing in this subchapter affects the power of a licensing authority to grant, deny, suspend, revoke, terminate, or renew a license as otherwise provided by law.
