(A) Any invoice, billing, statement, or other demand for payment sent by the city to a person or business enterprise owing delinquent charges shall include the following warning in boldfaced type, capital letters, or underlined:
"WARNING: PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 35, CODE OF HARKER HEIGHTS, FAILURE TO PAY DELINQUENT CHARGES MAY RESULT IN THE DENIAL, SUSPENSION, OR REVOCATION OF LICENSES, PERMITS, CERTIFICATES, OR REGISTRATIONS ISSUED BY THE CITY."
(B) Failure to include the warning required by division (A) of this section on any invoice, billing, statement, or other demand for payment shall not in any way release any person or entity from liability for payment thereof, nor shall such failure in any way affect the validity of a denial, revocation or suspension under § 35.63.
