All previously registered retail electrical providers providing commercial or residential electrical service within the city shall on or before each anniversary date of the initial registration, re-register with the City Manager. The city shall assess an administrative fee for the annual re-registration in the amount established by the then-current fee schedule adopted by the city, and such fees shall be assessed on an annual basis. Re-registration shall be accomplished by submitting such fees, together with the applicant's request for registration renewal and certification of the number of customers served.
