§ 100.03 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   A permit approved and issued in a manner provided by this chapter shall be required for any special event within the city.
   (B)   A special events permit is non-transferable and any attempted or purported transfer shall immediately void the permit.
   (C)   Neither any provision of this chapter nor the issuance of a permit under this chapter shall be construed to authorize any act in violation of any other applicable law or rule, including without limitation Chapter 51, Title VII, Chapter 90, Chapter 95, Chapter 96, or Title XIII.
