SECTION 1.01 INCORPORATION.

The inhabitants of the City of Harker Heights, within the corporate limits as established on this day or hereafter established in the manner provided by this charter, shall continue to be a municipal body politic and corporate in perpetuity under the name of the City of Harker Heights.
