§ 51.31 HOLIDAY COLLECTION.
   There will not be garbage collections on regular holidays. Collections scheduled on a holiday will be picked up on the next regularly scheduled collection day, or on the preceding collection day. Holidays are New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
