Types of recognition to be given shall include:
(A) Letter of appreciation from the City Manager.
(B) Letter of appreciation from the Mayor and the City Council, or by the Mayor.
(C) Certificate of appreciation signed by the Mayor and the City Council and presented at a regular City Council meeting.
(D) Public ceremony, reception, or dinner given in conjunction with presentation of any of the above.
