Activities to be recognized shall include, but are not limited to the following:
(A) Service on standing and/or special commissions and committees of the city and its City Council (such as Planning and Zoning, Public Safety, Library Board, and the like.)
(B) Service to city departments, such as Parks and Recreation (coaches, sponsors, instructors/ leaders), Library (literacy tutors, story-tellers/ readers, library aides), Police Department (uncompensated volunteers), Fire Department, and the like.
(C) Service outside of the municipal government and its committees and commissions, such as service to individual citizens, groups of citizens, or out-standing service to the community at large.
