§ 151.070 COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS.

   (A)   Before the final plat of any subdivided area shall be approved, signed, and recorded, the subdivider shall construct all improvements as required by §§ 151.040 to 151.057 of this chapter and in accordance with the approved preliminary plat and construction plans except as allowed by § 151.071.

   (B)   Improvements shall include construction of all streets, sidewalks, utilities, and grading as required to properly develop the building lots. Improvements shall be performed to the satisfaction of the Town Building Inspector or the designee of the Plan Commission.
