In addition to the requirements established herein, all subdivision plats and improvements shall comply with the following laws, rules, and regulations:
(A) All applicable federal, state, and local statutory provisions;
(B) The town’s zoning ordinance, building and housing codes, and all other applicable laws and ordinances of the appropriate jurisdictions;
(C) The town’s construction standards;
(D) All applicable rules and regulations of the County Health Department;
(E) The rules and regulations of the state’s Department of Transportation if the subdivision or any lot contained therein abut a state highway or state frontage road; and
(F) All pertinent standards contained within current planning guides published by the county or town Plan Commission.
