§ 150.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Violations of §§ 150.01 to 150.05 shall be addressed as established in I.C. Ch. 36-7-9, as it may be amended from time to time, including, but not limited to:

      (1)   The issuance of an order requiring remediation action pursuant to I.C. 36-7-9-5;

      (2)   The issuance of a continuance enforcement order under I.C. 36-7-9-7 and/or multiple civil penalties up to the amount allowed by I.C. 36-7-9-7 (currently $5,000 per);

      (3)   The issuance of an emergency action remediating immediate danger under I.C. 36-7-9-9;

      (4)   Liability for costs for performance of work required by order under I.C. 36-7-9-11 and I.C. 36-7-9-12; and

      (5)   Imposition of a judgment lien for unpaid costs under I.C. 36-7-9-13 and I.C. 36-7-9-13.5.
