§ 150.01 ADOPTION OF STATE REGULATIONS.
   The Town Council hereby adopts I.C. Ch. 36-7-9 which establishes the state’s Unsafe Building Law, being I.C. 36-7-9 et seq. and explicitly incorporate by reference the definition of “substantial property interest” found in I.C. 36-7-9-2.
