Each owner shall exercise proper care and control of his or her domestic animal(s) as to prevent the following actions by the animal(s):
(A) Molesting of passerby;
(B) Chasing vehicles;
(C) Attacking other domestic animals;
(D) Trespassing upon private or public property;
(E) Damaging private or public property;
(F) Habitual barking or loud and continued noise which cause serious annoyance or disturbance to the neighborhood; or
(G) Unnecessary foul or noxious odors which are offensive to persons in the neighborhood.
