(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person found guilty of violating any provision of § 90.07 shall be deemed to have committed an ordinance violation and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than $1,000. Each day a violation occurs or continues constitutes a separate offense.
(C) (1) Persons who violate any provision of § 90.21 shall be subject to a penalty of at least $500 but not more than $1,000 for the first offense, with a penalty for each subsequent offense being $1,000. In the event the person has no additional violations of § 90.21 for a period of 12 consecutive months, the penalty for any violation of § 90.21 after that period shall be at least $500 but not more than $3,000 for the first offense with the penalty for each subsequent offense being $1,000. In addition to the penalties prescribed above, the court shall order the offender to personally supervise the dog that he or she owns, keeps, or harbors to complete obedience training and show the obedience training certificate to the court or move the dog out of the town.
(2) Persons who violate the provisions of § 90.24 shall be subject to a penalty of $50 for the first offense, with the penalty for the next offense of said section in the amount of $100, and the third offense shall permit the animal control officer to seize and retain the animal. In the event that such person has no additional violations of § 90.24 for a period of 12 consecutive months, the penalty for any violation of § 90.24 after that period shall start the sequence over at the first offense.
