(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 72.01 shall be fined $10 for each offense.
(C) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 72.02 shall be fined $10 for each offense.
(D) A violation of § 72.03 may result in a fine not to exceed $50 for a first offense and a fine not to exceed $750 for a second offense or any subsequent offense.
