(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating § 71.01 shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $25, with costs of suit for each and every offense or violation hereof.

(C) Any person violating the provisions of § 71.02 shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $10 nor more than $25 for each offense.
