(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) The penalty for violation under § 51.01(A) shall be a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $500 for the first offense, and not less than $25 nor more than $500 for the second offense, and each day that the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
