Any person feeling aggrieved at any action of the Commission or Commission staff, or lack of action of the Commission or Commission Staff, upon a proposed plat or replat, may apply in writing to the Commission, prior to the next regular meeting, for modification of the action complained of, or lack of action, on the proposed plat or replat. The application shall be considered by the Commission at a time and in a manner as it may determine, but within 90 days following the regular meeting.
