§ 155.055 COMPLETION AFFIDAVIT.
   Upon the acceptance of the improvements and installations by the County Board of Commissioners, the applicant shall obtain a completion affidavit from the Board stating that the required improvements and installations have been installed in compliance with specifications of this chapter and have been accepted for public maintenance by the Board, subject to the terms of the maintenance bond provided by the applicant, and shall file the completion affidavit with the Commission.
