§ 154.305 PLACEMENT OF UTILITIES.

No utility company may disturb existing storm drainage facilities without the consent of Hancock County, whose decision may be appealed to the Hancock County Drainage Board. All existing drainage facilities shall have senior rights and damage to said facilities shall result in penalties as prescribed in §§ 154.701 et seq.
