§ 110.01 AUTHORITY TO GRANT.

   The Board of Commissioners may grant licenses, permits, or franchises for use of county property if they:

   (A)   Are not exclusive;

   (B)   Are of a definite duration; and

   (C)   Are assignable only with the consent of the executive.
