§ 134.132 PROHIBITION DURING SCHOOL HOURS.
   No person under 17 years of age shall engage in any street trade during school hours, unless legally excused from school, as now and hereafter provided by law. No person under the age of 17 shall engage in any street trade between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., provided that on Saturdays he or she may so engage until 10:00 p.m. and provided further that any person under the age of 17 and over the age of 14 may deliver periodicals or newspapers on a regularly established route to regular customers until 10:00 p.m. No person under the age of 17 years shall engage in any street trade for a period longer than eight hours in any one day.
