§ 134.026 DUTY OF PARENT, LEGAL GUARDIAN OR OTHER ADULT PERSON.

It shall be unlawful for the parent, legal guardian or other adult person having the care or custody of a minor under 18 years of age to knowingly permit the minor to violate any provisions of this subchapter.
