It shall be unlawful for any child under 16 years of age or enrolled in a day school program other than a college or university, to remain in any restaurant, lunchroom, candy store, confectionery, bowling room, ice cream parlor, in any theater or other public place of entertainment or any other public place unless it is part of an organized school program, during the school hours of the child.
