It shall be unlawful for a minor to be in a theater, moving picture show, bowling room or other place of amusement:
(A) If the minor is under 12 years of age, between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.; and
(B) If the minor is 12 years of age and under 18 years of age, between the hours of 9:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.; except Fridays and Saturdays when the time for minors 16 and 17 years of age shall be between 10:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
