§ 132.127 PUBLISHER’S DUTIES.
   No newspaper or other publication or employee thereof, shall hereafter accept advertisement for its classified or other columns without, at the time, obtaining the name and address of the advertiser and making a record of the same. The record shall be retained by the newspaper or other publication obtaining the same for a period of two weeks and shall be subject to the examination of any police officer. No newspaper or other publication or employee thereof, shall knowingly accept any advertisement from any person, firm or corporation engaged in any of the businesses mentioned in § 132.126 of this subchapter if the advertisement is made ostensibly by a private party or does not affirmatively state that the advertiser is a business concern and is not a private party.
