(A) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999. (B) Drugs. Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 131.030 through 131.034 upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500 or imprisonment not to exceed 90 days or both a fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court. (C) Pornography. Conviction of violation of any provision of §§ 131.050 through 131.058 shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $500, or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or by both a fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court. (D) Clubs. Any person, firm, corporation, or association violating any provisions of §§ 131.075 through 131.079 shall upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine not to exceed $500 or imprisonment not to exceed 90 days or both a fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
