§ 131.075 DEFINITION.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   CLUB or CLUBS.

      (1)   Any profit or nonprofit club or association chartered by the state and not licensed under the State Liquor Control Act;

      (2)   Any profit or nonprofit club or association not chartered by the state and not licensed under the State Liquor Control Act;

      (3)   Any person, firm, corporation or association that operates a pinball machine or pool table and not licensed under the State Liquor Control Act; or

      (4)   Any person, firm, corporation or association that permits the playing of any game or contest wherein playing cards or dice are used and not licensed under the State Liquor Control Act.
