§ 131.055 TRANSMISSION OF OBSCENE MATERIAL.
   It shall be unlawful for any person knowingly to send, dispatch, deliver or otherwise transmit or to arrange for the transmission of obscene materials whether the delivery thereof is to be made within or outside of the city.
