§ 131.032 UNLAWFUL TO DELIVER, POSSESS WITH INTENT TO DELIVER OR MANUFACTURE WITH INTENT TO DELIVER.
   It is unlawful for any person to deliver, possess with intent to deliver or manufacture with intent to deliver drug paraphernalia.
