§ 119.188 SANITARY CONDITIONS REQUIRED.
   (A)   Every licensee shall conduct his or her establishment in a cleanly and sanitary manner.
   (B)   No licensee shall sell or offer for sale or manufacture any bread or other goods baked or prepared by him or her which are not clean and wholesome and which would be deleterious to health.
