§ 119.185 LICENSE REQUIRED.

It shall not be lawful for any person, firm or corporation to carry on or conduct the trade or business of a baker, either in person or by employing any other person to carry on the trade or business under his, her or its direction within the city, without having obtained from the Clerk a license for that purpose.
