§ 119.158 DISEASED POULTRY.
   No person shall sell, offer or expose for sale at retail, wholesale, or trade, any poultry afflicted with downers, tuberculosis, gaps, swollen heads or eyes, other disease or defects which render the poultry unfit for human food. The city veterinarian, or health inspector in consultation with the city veterinarian, shall have the power to condemn, seize and destroy all poultry unfit for human consumption, under the rules and regulations as the Board of Health may adopt.
