(A) Annual licenses of a poultry dealer under this subchapter shall be issued in the name of the City Clerk to any person who qualifies as herein provided.
(B) The City Clerk shall charge and collect as follows:
Wholesale slaughter poultry dealer | $25 per year |
Wholesale poultry dealer | $25 per year |
Retail poultry dealer | $10 per year |
Retail stand of live poultry | $5 per year |
(C) All licenses required in this subchapter shall expire on May 1 of each year.
