§ 119.113 LICENSE FEE.
   (A)   Every person, firm, corporation, association or copartnership, opening, established, operating or maintaining one or more places of business within the city under the same general management, supervision or ownership, shall pay the license fees hereinafter prescribed:
      (1)   The license fee for one place of business consisting, wholly or in part of the sale of food supplies and food products at retail shall be $25.
      (2)   The license fee for two places for business under the same general management, supervision or ownership, shall be $50 for each place of business.
      (3)   The license fee for three places of business under the same general management, supervision or ownership, shall be $75 for each place of business.
      (4)   The license for four or more places of business under the same general management, supervision or owners shall be $1,000 for each place of business.
   (B)   The license, when issued, shall entitle the licensee to conduct the business until April 15 next following, the issuance of the license, unless sooner revoked by the City Council for cause. The license fee shall be paid to the City Treasurer before the issuance of the license and, in case the time intervening between the date of application and the date of expiration shall be less than one year, the City Treasurer shall receive the prorata amount of the license fee, which however, in no case shall be less than one-half thereof.
