§ 119.097 GARBAGE AND REFUSE.
   No person shall deposit vegetable refuse or other garbage, broken crates, boxes, barrels, or pieces thereof, paper, or other rubbish on or in the place or establishment, nor burn any garbage or rubbish in a place or establishment, except in places which may be provided for that specific purpose.
