§ 119.073 PERSONAL HYGIENE.
   Each and every person handling fresh meats at retail, either as owner, butcher, clerk or employee, in any meat market, butcher shop, store, stall or booth, in the city, shall at all times keep himself or herself and all parts of his or her clothing in a clean and sanitary condition, and no person who shall be affected with any vile, contagious diseases shall be at any time permitted to handle or sell any fresh meats at retail within the city.
