§ 119.072 MEAT PURCHASED FROM SOURCE OTHER THAN A UNITED STATES INSPECTED ESTABLISHMENT.
   Every person, firm or corporation licensed under the provisions of this subchapter shall report to the food inspector of the city, within 24 hours thereafter, the matter of the purchase of any fresh meat or meat food products purchased from any other source than from a United States inspected establishment or a slaughtering or meat food product manufacturing establishment, licensed by either the Detroit Board of Health or the City Council; the report shall give the name and address of the persons from whom the meat or meat products, are purchased, together with a statement and description of the articles comprising the purchase.
