§ 119.069 SANITARY TRANSPORT OF GOODS.
   All fresh or smoked meats carried or transported to, or from, any meat market, butcher shop, store, stall or booth, in the city, where fresh or smoked meats are sold at retail shall be so carried and transported only in vehicles that are kept in a clean and sanitary condition, and all fresh meats carried therein, shall at all times, be kept clean and protected by proper coverings from dust, flies and filth.
