§ 119.068 SANITARY CONDITIONS REQUIRED.
   Every meat market, butcher shop, store, stall or booth in the city in which fresh or smoked meats are sold at retail shall be kept in a neat, orderly, clean and sanitary condition, subject at all reasonable hours to inspection by the proper officials of the city.
