§ 119.065 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person or persons, firm or corporation shall, own, operate, or conduct any business consisting, wholly or in part of the sale of fresh or smoked meats at retail within the city, without first securing from the Clerk a license therefor, as hereinafter provided.
