§ 119.050 PROHIBITING THE SALE OR OFFERING FOR SALE, OR HAVING IN POSSESSION FOR THE PURPOSE OF SELLING OR OFFERING FOR SALE, OF ANY DECAYED, TAINTED OR SPOILED MEATS, VEGETABLES OR OTHER FOOD STUFFS.
   No person or firm or corporation shall sell, offer for sale, or have in possession for the purpose of selling or offering for sale, any decayed, tainted or spoiled meat, vegetables or food stuffs of any kind, within the city.
