§ 119.035 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   (A)   Public markets and market places licensed under the provisions of this subchapter shall be closed at 6:00 p.m. each day, with the exception of Thursday of each week, and kept closed until 4:00 a.m. of the following day; on Thursday of each week the public markets and market places shall be closed at 8:00 p.m. and kept closed until 4:00 a.m. of the following day.
   (B)   Provided, however, that the markets and market places shall be closed all day on the first day of each week, commonly called Sunday.
   (C)   After the closing of the public markets and market places, it shall be the duty of the market master to see that the place is thoroughly cleaned and the floors flushed.
