§ 119.026 PRODUCTS UNLAWFUL TO SELL.

It shall be unlawful to sell, offer or expose for sale in any public market any adulterated, bad, diseased, impure or unwholesome articles of food or food products. It shall be the duty of the market master to prevent the display of those articles.
