No huckster who has been licensed to peddle on the streets and alleys of the city shall do business within 500 feet of any public market. The huckster shall not do business in any public market in the city unless he or she first obtains the license required by this subchapter. It shall be unlawful for any producer to sell his or her products on the streets, alleys or public places of the city without first obtaining a license therefor.
