§ 119.005 CONDUCT OF BUSINESS.
   (A)   No licensee shall permit any disorderly conduct in his or her place of business, nor shall any licensee permit his or her place of business to become a resort or meeting place for thieves, prostitutes or other disorderly persons, nor shall any licensee permit any gambling in his or her place of business or permit the placing or use of any gambling apparatus or paraphernalia about his or her premises, nor shall any licensee permit any lewd, obscene or immoral exhibition or entertainment on his or her premises or any other conduct likely to corrupt the morals of the youth.
   (B)   Licensees providing entertainment, amusement, exhibitions, music or places for dancing shall comply with and abide by all rules and regulations of the Police Department and other proper authorities relating thereto.
   (C)   All licensees operating under Class A licenses may open their places of business at 5:00 a.m. and remain open not later than 2:00 a.m. of the following morning and no longer.
   (D)   No licensee operating under a Class A license shall sell, procure for, or furnish, directly or indirectly, to any minor under the age of 21 years, any beer, wine, whiskey or other intoxicating liquor, nor permit any minor to loiter in or about his or her place of business.
   (E)   No licensee operating under a Class A license shall employ any person under the age of 21 years to do any work in connection with that place of business.
