When any member of the Police Department, or any other officer, in the execution of a search warrant issued under the provisions of this subchapter shall find any stolen or embezzled property or shall seize any of the other things for which a search warrant is allowed, the officer shall make a complete and accurate tabulation of all property and money so seized and shall file a copy of the tabulation forthwith with the court or magistrate and the property and money so seized shall be suppressed by order of the court until the final disposition of the case, unless otherwise ordered.
